The group of companies

The GEDORE Group is currently the world’s largest grouping of tool specialists with a wide, high-quality product range, which has now grown to include around 18,000 items.

For our customers, the Group has an international presence in general industry, the automotive and aerospace industries and regenerative energies as one of the leading suppliers of hand tools and workshop equipment.

13 production companies, 8 of which are located in Germany, with a further 5 in Austria, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey and the United Kingdom, manufacture the proven tools “made by GEDORE” to the high GEDORE quality standards. A high level of innovation and professional premium quality are the key factors in ensuring that the main production plant still remains in Remscheid in Germany, manufacturing branded German-made quality.

Every working day, around 3,000 employees worldwide meet the highest quality demands, ensuring that the “tools for life” are able to increase working safety in more than 70 countries globally.
